REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Applications will be accepted up to and including 14 September 2012

To take part in the Forum you need to register in the next way:
1 Register a
personal web-office on the Forum site www.forumkuban.com in the Registration section.
2. Fill in details of the business in the personal web-office
in strict accordance with the example.
3. Add the required number of participants, put a
check mark against each participant, which is confirmation of their agreement
to participate in the Forum and to pay the registration fee.
4. Print out the contract of participation in the personal
office, and send a stamped scanned copy signed by the head of the company by
email on the same day to contract@tppkuban.ru,
or to the one of our faxes (see the contacts) to confirm
participation in the Forum.
5. Print out the invoice in the personal office on the
Forum site.
6. Pay the registration fee for participation in the
Forum within 5 (five) days of the date of receipt of the invoice.
7. Within 3 (three) days send by express post two
original copies of the signed and stamped contract to the Chamber of Commerce
and Industry of Krasnodar Region at: 350063, the Russian Federation, Krasnodar
City, Sovetskaya St., 30, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region,
Otdel KVM.

** Please, be advised, that any commission fee,
including bank charges for transactions, must be paid by the participant
separately, and the amount of the registration fee shall remain unchanged.
The registration fee includes:

Sochi 2012 XI International Investment Forum (participant’s badge,
information pack, entry into the data base of Forum participants);

participation in round tables;
|

access to exhibitions;
|

information services for Forum
participants;

publication of information about the
participant in the Forum catalogue
(company name, address, telephone, fax, email, name and position of the
participants, area of activity of the company) if registering on the web-site before 01/08/2012;

|

|
placement of information about
participant on the official site of the Forum in the List of Participants in
accordance with details provided by the participant when completing the
registration form on the site;
|
|
-
|
organisation of Forum advertising
campaign in Russian and foreign media and on the Internet;
|
|
-
|
simultaneous interpreting and
interpreter services at round tables;
|
|
-
|
participation in the Forum by
representatives of Russian and foreign companies;
|
|
-
|
meeting at and escort to the airport
and railway station in Sochi
for Forum participants on 20 and 23 September 2012 respectively;
|
|
-
|
transfer during the Forum from
specially designated points within Sochi to
event venues and from event venues to specially designated points within Sochi. Timetable of transfers to be established in
accordance with air and rail timetables and the business programme of the
Forum;
|
|
-
|
participation in official receptions
and coffee breaks according to the Forum programme;
|
|
-
|
cultural programme.

Supplementary information
1. A contract is concluded for one
company. Date of payment is the date of
transfer of money to the Executor’s account.
2. Funds for participation in the Forum
must be transferred within five days of the date of receipt of invoice in the
personal office on the Forum site. The
invoice must be paid by the company named in the contract.
3. Registration to take part in the Forum
on the site at www.forumkuban.com must be completed by 14.09.2012. After
14.09.2012 participants may pay the registration fee in the Registration Pavilion and receive a participant’s badge for
immediate access to the Forum territory and all events in accordance with the confirmed
programme.
4. Accommodation in hotels, individual
transport services, organisation of individual cultural programmes can be
ordered and paid for by participants separately using accredited tour operators
of the Forum or independently. Tour

5. In the event of the participant
cancelling their participation in the Forum before 15 August 2012 a letter must be sent
to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region on official
letterhead with reasons for cancellation, the number of the contract, bank
details and the amount to be refunded.
6. In the event of the participant
cancelling their participation in the Forum after 15 August 2012, the
registration fee paid is not refundable.
7. In order to substitute a participant a
letter must be sent to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region
on official letterhead giving the full name of the participant who is unable to
take part in the Forum and details of the new participant: full name, position,
serial number and number of passport. Download

Registration and accreditation of Forum participants is carried out by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region.
