Acceptance of applications for exhibition area rent for placing of expositions at the VII International Investment Forum Sochi-2008 has already started.  The applications will be accept until 20 August 2008.

Exhibition pavilions will be located near Zhemchuzhina Hotel and at the square of Winter Theater.

The rent price of 1 sq. meter of unequipped space is 354 Euro including VAT 18%.

The rent price of 1 sq. meter in “Zhemchuzhina” Hotel  is 96 Euro including VAT 18%.

To rent exhibition area  at  the Forum you should:

- fill on-line application form;

Attention!!! The block on required exhibition area is to be filled in only after coordination with the person in charge.

- print the invoice and contract after filling On-line application form;

- pay rent price and stand-assistant’s registration fee (s) within 10 days. 

ATTENTION!!!
Accreditation of stand-assistants is available only in case of  execution of application-agreement   for   exhibition    area    rent! The number of stand-assistants is limited – 2 person for 48 metres of exhibition area. It will be possible to register one stand-assistant for each another 48 meters of exhibition area. The rent price of accreditation of  1 stand-assistant is  311 Euro including VAT 18%..
