INFORMATION ON EXHIBITION AREAS RENT CONDITIONS

Acceptance of applications for unequipped exhibition area rent in the temporary exhibition pavilions for placing of expositions at the X Anniversary International Investment Forum Sochi-2011 has already started.

The applications will be accepted until 01 of August 2011

The applications for exhibition area rent will be accepted
ONLY AFTER REGISTRATION OF THE PARTICIPANTS ON THE FORUM’S WEB-SITE

Exhibition pavilions will be located near Zhemchuzhina Hotel, Primorskaya Hotel and at the square of Winter Theater.

The rent price of 1 sq. meter of unequipped exhibition area is €515 * or $700* including VAT 18%.
* The rent price may be changed due to changes in the Euro:ruble and US dollar:ruble exchange rate. Current rent price is on the official site of the Forum in the Exhibition section.

To rent exhibition area at the Forum you should:

- send official letter to Chairman of CCI of Krasnodar Region, Mr. Yuri Tkachenko. The letter must contain the information about exhibition area (sizes, location, etc).
- register as a participant of the Forum;
- fill on-line application form in Personal Web-Office on the official web-site of the Forum.  

Attention! The block on required exhibition area is to be filled in only after coordination with the person in charge: Mr. Dmitry Plotnikov

-      print the invoice and contract after filling On-line application form;

-      sign, stamp and send the contract to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region by fax +7 (861) 267-27-61 of e-mail: plotnikov@tppkuban.ru;

-      within 3 (three) days send by express post two original copies of the signed and stamped contract to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Krasnodar Region.  Address: 30, Sovetskaya St., Krasnodar, 350063, Russia;     

-      pay rent price within 10 days.
