Distribution of badges is carried out by presentation of identity card (passport) or by power of attorney issued by organization (download power of attorney sample).
To receive a badge it is required to pay registration fee to participate in the forum and preliminary upload one’s photo into the Personal Participant’s Cabinet (photo should be of 480*640 pixels and JPG format) or bring the photo in an electronic media (CD, DVD, memory stick).
Together with badge the Participant will receive a special card for a Forum Participant’s Pack in the registration hall in Sochi from September, 16 to September, 20 in 2009.
Badge will not be given if:
- registration fee is not paid;
- photo is not available;
- participation contract is not concluded.
