TRANSPORT SERVICE CONCEPT
for the VII International Investment Forum Sochi-2008
18 – 21 September 2008, Sochi
The transport service concept for the VII International Investment Forum Sochi-2008 has been developed in accordance with the approved programme and envisages organisation of transport for each event in terms of numbers and types of vehicle, as determined by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Krasnodar Territory.
During the Forum itself, the following transport services will be provided for participants:
1. Official Forum vehicle – AUDI. Cars will be provided for arrivals and departures of VIP-guests. During the Forum itself, the cars will serve as taxis, at the request of VIP guests.
2. Individual vehicles. Individual vehicles will be provided to Forum participants (delegations), for a charge, by the dispatch service on the basis of individual applications. The contact details of the dispatch service are given in the Transport Service section.
Transport will be run by a central, round-the-clock dispatch service.
3. Vehicle accreditation for travel through the restricted traffic area and to the entrance to the Forum zone.
Participants wanting to use their own vehicles should complete the accreditation application form for a vehicle pass in the Transport Service section.
4. Transfers by bus will be provided for Forum participants on 18, 19, 20 and 21 September 2008.
The vehicles will carry about six thousand passengers.
The Forum bus service will consist of 20 comfortable buses with over 40 seats and 35 with over 30 seats.
A traffic plan has been drawn up for commuting between areas where large numbers of participants will be staying and the Forum venues.

- Transfer of Forum participants from the Hotel Zhemchuzhina complex to the hotels in Krasnaya Polyana, Adler, Khosta, Sochi, Dargomys and Loo.

- Buses running between the airport and the Winter Theatre.

5. Air and rail ticket reservations for Forum participants.
Registered participants can book departure tickets and tickets for the supplementary flights by completing the booking form in the Reservations section. Supplementary flights have been arranged for participants in the VII International Investment Forum Sochi-2008. The accredited tour operator of the Forum is OOO Mobile-Expo.
6. Vehicle access and parking passes.
Vehicle passes are issued in compliance with the Vehicle Pass Regulations by pass category:
- Category À (VIP-guests);
- Category  (participants);
- Category Ñ (bus transfers for participants);
- Category D (vehicles for carrying Forum exhibition materials).
N.B.:
If a pass is lost, its owner must immediately notify the Forum transport centre and the working (duty) group to this effect by telephone or fax. A duplicate pass may be denied.
All accredited vehicles must keep to the set routes and observe the regulations governing traffic in the area around the main Forum site. The Centre is entitled to revoke vehicle accreditation for failure to keep to the set routes or observe the regulations or for transfer of the pass to the owner of an unaccredited vehicle.
Additional restrictions may be imposed to ensure the safety of the Forum participants.
Between 18.09.2008 and 21.09.2008, the Centre’s working (duty) group, consisting of representatives of the Krasnodar Territory Foreign Trade Department, Transport and Communications Department and Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Sochi Administration and Traffic Police Department, OAO Sochi International Airport and the North Caucasus Regional Directorate for Sochi Sector Railway Stations, will be providing round-the-clock transport services for Forum participants.
